ADL Affiliation
Your Health Your Choice Foundation was established in 1997. It was established for the purpose of Research and Clinical recovery of children’s learning issues. In 2004 it also was granted a Certificate of Charter #1429 under the National ADL Ministries. Under this Charter the Foundation is a Ministry for the healing of children with learning disabilities. The Letter of Determination recognizes ADL Ministries and all of its subordinate Charters as being exempt from Federal income tax by the IRS. Donors may deduct contributions as provided in section 170 of the Code. Bequests, legacies, devises, transfers, or gifts to YHYC Foundation are deductible for Federal estate and gift tax purposes under sections 2055, 2106, and 2522 of the Code.
